Before establishing FROLKOVIČ Legal law firm, Ľuboš acted as an office managing partner of the Bratislava WOLF THEISS office since its opening in 2002. When it comes to advising, Ľuboš offers complex legal services that cover all legal fields. During his 18 years of experience Ľuboš gained valuable practice and knowledge in number of the challenging transactions and projects in various industrial areas.

A number of representative mandates of Ľuboš comprised multijurisdictional transactions. He has experience representing clients before state authorities, courts and in arbitration proceedings. Ľuboš is the author of numerous publications and articles on various business law topics.

Filip started his professional career in a Slovak commercial bank during his studies, where he assisted and supported team of in-house lawyers as a legal assistant.
